I was reading the Saint Anthony city newsletter and ran across an article on Open to Business Minnesota,
http://www.opentobusinessmn.org/. This is a service of the Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers (MCCD). MCCD has community development groups as its members. You can see a list of the members here: http://www.mccdmn.org/membership/our-members .
The services of Open to Business Minnesota include small business counseling and lending, among others.
